Welcome to our website! This website provides the overview of responsibilities and operations of the newly set-up Division of Transformation and Risk Management (TPR). This new division is an expansion of the former Internal Audit Unit.

 

As its name suggests, this Division consists of two main units, namely Transformation and Risk Management.

 

The objective of the Transformation Unit is to facilitate the university in accelerating processes of change for UTM to achieve its targeted KPIs faster and at a lower cost. The immediate aim is for UTM to achieve an autonomy status by 2015.

 

The Risk Management Unit is to initiate a working framework to assess the risks of all aspects of the operations of key divisions in UTM. Such move is to ensure risks are properly managed and mitigation measures are in place so that the impact of risks could be minimized.
