1. Check-in time : 03:00 PM

    Check-out time : 12:00 PM

 

2. Early Check-In (before 12.00PM) is chargeable at RM50.00nett (subject to room availability).

 

3. Once your room has been confirmed and you have made a deposit  or made full payment, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.

 

**Important Cancellation Note**

By making deposit or full payment, you agree that it is your responsibility to inquiry about our specific policy if you require it.

 7 or less day prior to check in
 50% of room price
 No show
 No refund / Will be charged the total amount of reservation
 Early check out
 No refund / Case by case basis

Last minute (24 hour) cancellations are not accepted and no refund in such cases.

 

Cancellations

If you do not wish to keep a reservation you can call us by phone or come directly to Scholar’s Inn. Failure to follow above procedure will result in you being subject to the conditions described above, so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.

 

Amending Your Reservation

Amendment need to be made not less then 7 working days prior to check-in date. Please note
the changes in duration of stay or number of rooms fall in under cancellations and not amendments.

 

Refunds

All refunds are subject to above mentioned cancellation terms and conditions. 

 

Payment

Full payment is required during arrival. Failure to pay your balance payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.
