Payment Method

All payment must be done during check in. Method of payment is by cash, cheque, credit card or LO/PO. All cheque is payable to BENDAHARI UTM. All payment is in Ringgit Malaysia.
 
UTM staffs on official work are required to complete the BPPRT1/2004 form and fax to us 3 days before check in. Failure to submit the form during check in, staff has to pay by cash.
 
  • 50% deposit is required for only reservation which more than 5 units of house
  • The deposit must be paid at the Scholars' Inn Office a week within the reservation has been made. 
 

* Guest are entitle to get monthly rate if stay more than 30 nights continuously.
