Introduction:

The University through Student Affairs Office provides all types of services and facilities to all students for ease of use in doing activities/ society work either inside or outside the campus.

Equipments For Borrowing:

Borrowing equipments are provided for student facilities in doing activities/program inside or outside the campus.

There are a lot of equipments being provided in doing the activities/program such as LCD projector, screen, loud hailer, P.A System, television, Overhead Projector (OHP), tripod camera and others.

Tent/Canopy For Borrowing:

Student Affairs Office also provides tents services for borrowing/ canopy for activities/student’s program for student needed it.

For assembling and disassemble the tent/canopy, the process should be done by the student itself under observation from Student Affairs Office staff.

For borrowing and returning back the tent, students have to use transportation that have to be booked first from Student Affairs Office.

Borrowing Method:

Borrowing method for every equipment is based on “first come, first serve basis” and subject to the availability at that time. (Priority is given to activity/student program)

For borrowing process, every student have to fill up the form available at Student Affairs Office or download it from http://web.utm.my/hep/ and must get approval from Assistant Registrar (Student Activities). Any booking must be made at least 7 working days before the date of used.
