In UTM, as part of our student-friendly policy, we provide all the information that is needed by our students by a just a click away. In Undergraduate Students section, we provide information regarding circulars, loans, financial aids, employment opportunities and academic calendar. The Students’ Representatives Council (MPP) could also be reached here.
We always encourage students to live an active life thus all the information on Student Unions and Sports and Recreation facilities are available here. The general welfare of students is catered for by the Office of Students Affairs .
‘Postgraduate Student section provides much of the
same information as ‘Undergraduate students’ with a little addition to
the information such as funding, financial aids, loans, accommodations
etc. which is managed by our ‘School of Graduate Studies’ (SPS) .

can found here. Current students may also have access to past
examination questions, directory of lecturers, the latest examination
time table and the UTM Institutional Repository where students can access publications by scholars in a more interactive way.
