Construction Technology and Management Centre [CTMC] was established in 1999 to stimulate and facilitate collaboration and information exchange between universities, goverment research institutes and organisations engaged in the building and construction sector. CTMC conducts technological research and consultancy for organisations with particular construction concerns and specialises in continuing education, courses, workshops and conferences in construction. The support for the services comes via collaboration with organisations engaged in servicing the construction industry.
CTMC initiates projects for R&D and information exchange, organise meetings and produce publications in term of proceedings, international state of the art and best practice reports, guidelines and pre-standardisation documents.
Mission - The commitment of CTMC is to forge partnerships between industry and academics and to generate benefits, which respond to the delivery of sustainable, cost-effective solutions and enacting standards respective of future impacts.
Vision - CTMC aims to become an information hub in both the regional and international construction industry as a result of information gathering and knowledge gained through institutional and industrial partnerships.
