The Office of Corporate Affairs is a unit within the Chancellery of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), which afford these functions:
- Facilitate/implement/monitor university’s strategic plan
- Facilitate analysis and communication of university’s and faculties’/units’ performance
- Produce internal and external publications, Annual report, Skudai Post, etc
- Facilitate University Social Responsibility (USR) programmes/activities
- Promote and manage the UTM Brand to internal and external community One stop centre for communication
- Liason for organisational relationships and partnerships with external party
- Coordinate, manage and handle Corporate Communication/Corporate Marketing, University events, Media relations, State Government relations, etc
- Provide Legal advice and services
- Oversight, monitor and handling R&D for university web presence
