Each graduate will be given two entrance pass for two parents/guests. The cards are enclosed.

|
Parents/guests are required to be seated in the hall before 7.30 am (morning session) and 1.45 pm. (Afternoon session).
|
|
3·
|
Parents/guests are advised to have their breakfast or lunch as well as perform their prayer before entering the hall. It is anticipated that the ceremony will take a long time.
|

4·
|
Parents/guests are required to dress formally according to the following:

a)
|
Male Guests Dress Code
|
|
|
|
- National or
- Batik or
- Lounge Suit or
- Appropriate Formal Dressing (jean and t-shirts are not allowed)
|
|
|
b)
|
Female Guests Dress Code
|
|
|
|
- National or
- Formal dress or suitable dresses (gowns or dresses that are above the knee short skirt, sleeveless blouse, t-shirt or trousers are not allowed)

5·
|
During the convocation ceremony, parents/guests are requested to behave themselves and not make any noise. Parents/guests are also reminded not to leave the hall during the convocation ceremony.

|
6·
|
Parents/guests without the invitation cards will not be allowed to enter the hall.
|
|
7·
|
Guests under the ages of twelve will not be allowed to enter the hall.
|
