Introduction of Faculty
Each faculty has a different lapel’s colours as follows: -

Hire of Convocation Dress

• A copy of Bank-in slip/receipt of payment/verified payment slip must be presented during the collection of the convocation dress.
• Graduates are required to collect and return the convocation dress early according to the schedule.
• Graduates may ask a representative to collect and return the convocation dress using the provision letter Form K3 (Amendment 2010). The form must be brought by the representative with a copy of the graduate’s invitation letter and a copy of the payment slip during collection of the convocation dress.
• However, the representative is only allowed to collect two (2) sets of convocation dress (inclusive of his/her own convocation dress) at any one time.

Duration of Hire of Convocation Dress

• The Convocation Dress must be returned after the convocation ceremony or within the returning period. (please refer to the SCHEDULE OF COLLECTING AND RETURNING OF CONVOCATION ATTIRE)
