Non Graduating Student (NGS)
Graduate students from other institutions are allowed to enroll in UTM as a Non Graduating Student (NGS). You will have the option to join a research study under the supervision of an academic staff or take postgraduate level courses. Applicants must write to the individual faculty of interest and obtain a written approval from the faculty's Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Studies & Research. The fees (excluding the accommodation) for this programme are shown below:
